VIRGINIA Beach, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Beach front City Council introduced Monday that Sue Cunningham will be the new city authentic estate assessor.

Cunningham will be succeeding longtime assessor Ron Agner, who will be retiring on July 1 after 16 decades of service.
